Team Ummati is heading to Jordan on the 18th February 2026 to support directly within vulnerable communities across Jordan, where families, orphans, and refugees face profound hardship and deliver Ramadan food parcels and essential supplies. This is your chance to transform faith into tangible compassion and provide direct support where it is most urgently needed.

Terms & Conditions for Deployment Participation
Please read carefully. Participation in the international deployment program (the “Program”) with Ummati Relief Foundation is contingent upon your full agreement and adherence to the following mandatory
1. Eligibility & Documentation
All participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
Participants must hold British citizenship or permanent residency of the United Kingdom, evidenced by a valid passport with a minimum of six (6) months’ validity beyond the intended date of return from deployment.
A valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate must be provided and approved by our team prior to travel.
Proof of travel insurance, including, is mandatory before any travel arrangements are confirmed.
2. Financial Commitments
Fundraising Minimum: Each participant is required to create an online fundraising page and raise a minimum of £3,000
Registration Fee: A non-refundable participation fee of £500 is required upon acceptance into the Program. This fee contributes directly to essential in-country costs, including accommodation, in-country transport, and sustenance during the deployment. This fee is separate from your fundraising target.
3.Travel & Logistics
Participants are responsible for arranging and funding their own international return flights.
Ummati Relief Foundation will arrange in-country accommodation, local transport, and logistical support for the duration of the official Program itinerary.
4. Visa:
Where required, participants are responsible for obtaining the necessary visa. In some destinations, this is obtained on arrival. Participants must ensure they have the correct local currency or payment method for any visa fees. The grant of a visa is at the sole discretion of the host country’s immigration authorities. Ummati Relief Foundation cannot influence this decision and is not liable for visa denials.
5. Code of Conduct:
You agree to abide by a strict code of conduct, respecting local laws, customs, and the directives of Ummati Relief Foundation’s team leaders at all times. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal from the Program at your own cost..
6. Use of Funds & Non-Refund Policy:
You understand that all funds raised, including the registration fee, are donations to Ummati relief Foundation to support its humanitarian projects. In the event of a visa denial or your inability to travel for any personal reason, all funds raised and the registration fee are non-refundable. These funds will be allocated in full to support Ummati Relief Foundation on-ground relief initiatives, ensuring your effort still delivers critical aid.
